Flow cytometer CytoPOC

CHARACTERISTICS:

Operation: Automatic

Configuration: Compact

Other characteristics: Flow, fluorescence

DESCRIPTION:

– Spatial three-dimensional excitation mode, fixed optical path without adjustment, overall temperature control of the optical system;
– Linear optical path design, optical filters can be replaced with experimental needs;
– The instrument is equipped with an avalanche photodiode (APD) to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency;
Analytical Performance:
1. Fluorescence sensitivity: FITC≤200MESF, PE≤100MESF;
2. Fluorescence Linearity:≥0.98;
3. Instrument detection resolution (full peak width CV of forward angle scattered light and fluorescence channel): FSC≤2.0%; FL1(FITC) ≤2.0%; FL2(PE)≤2.0%;
4. Resolution of forward angle scattered light and lateral angle scattered light: able to separate red blood cells and platelets in peripheral blood; able to separate the three groups of white blood cells (lymphocytes, monocytes and granulocytes) in peripheral blood;
5. Detection sensitivity of forward angle scattered light : ≤1.0μm;
6. Test carrying contamination rate ≤0.5%, after each test is completed, the flow chamber sample needle can be automatically cleaned to avoid cross contamination
7. Highest event rate : ≤50000 cells per second;
8. Compatible volume method and microsphere method absolute counting;
Sample Loading System:
1. Use a syringe to load the sample;
2. Compatible with a variety of centrifuge tubes and flow cytometry tubes;
3. With four different speed modes for sample loading, different modes can be selected according to actual sample processing requirements;
